RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise purchased through the JOYOSOPHY online store may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the ship date for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Any requests for refunds or exchanges must include a proof of purchase. Please note that custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please pack and return merchandise to us in its original packaging. Be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned or exchanged merchandise. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Returned merchandise must be sent thru Fedex and UPS only (no USPS).
WASHING AND DRYING
Can I machine-wash my pillows? Put them in the dryer?
We strongly recommend spot clean only due to hand-printed nature of our products unless your care label states otherwise. JOYOSOPHY fabric is not guaranteed against natural wear, fading, finish and dye-lot variations. So proper care is important to ensure lasting enjoyment.
Are pillows sold with inserts?
Our pillows are sold without inserts.
What is the size of pillow insert should i buy?
As general rule, pillow insert should be at least 1" bigger then the pillow case. So a 22x22 inch pillow case will be fitted with 23x23 or 24x24 inch pillow insert for best comfort and look.
Why does my pillow look slightly different from the image on your website?
Because color on your monitor display can never truly represent actual color printed on fabric. In addition, the hand printed natural of our fabric, any deviations from pattern are natural and reflect the hand-made character of this fabric, making each piece unique.

How does shipping work in the lower 48 states?
We use FedEx Ground for all our product. If you would like your order to be shipped more quickly, additional express shipping options will be provided during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped which will include your tracking number. Here is a break-down of our domestic lower 48 states shipping rates:

How long will my shipment take?
Your purchase will arrive to you in 5-7 business days after it left our facility.
